We typically seek to make investments in profitable, high-margin consumer companies with revenues ranging between $5 million and $20 million. Our target transaction size with these companies is typically $2 million--$10 million, although we have strategic relationships with other value-add investors that allow us to lead larger transactions. Although we are often minority investors, we are actively involved in the growth of our portfolio companies and generally have board representation.

We invest in companies that have differentiated, high-growth opportunities—our portfolio companies typically have broad competitive advantages that make them stand apart. Relationship "fit" and a shared philosophy with our partners are as paramount as the opportunity itself.
